HR Executive #Construction Supplier

Our Company, in the Construction Industry located in the West, has an opening for HR Executive.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of recruitment and acquisition matters.
• Manage vacancy requisition and update manpower transactions.
• Place internal and external channels for job posting.
• Liaise & coordinate with recruitment agents to source candidates.
• Conduct interviews/screening and select potential candidates to meet hiring managers' requirements.
• Handle work passes administration and onboarding processes.
• Conduct career talks and job fairs.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports.
• Assist in developing company recruitment strategies.
• Assist in coordinating Workplace Health Promotion activities and company recreation activities.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in human resource management or relevant field.
• 2 - 3 years’ experience in recruitment activities or relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of HR functions.
• Ability to coordinate and work as part of a team.
