Responsible for preparation and baking of all pastries, buns, bread, and bakery products/items according to the established standards and operating guidelines of the company.
Ensure the daily bakery production meets the daily/monthly sales requirements.
Plan and participate with management in bakery product development and production, improving and enhancing product variety over time.
Maintain high standard presentation of pastries, bread, buns, and bakery items, ensuring all products are prepared and served consistently, adhering to quality standards and practices.
Maintain all bakery machines and equipment, including bakery raw materials assigned, keeping them in good condition.
Responsible for maintaining and up-keeping daily stock inventories/stock levels related to bakery products.
Perform any other relevant duties as assigned by management from time to time.
