Job description
Job Title: HR Business Partner
Job Description:
This role will be instrumental in providing HR consultation and services to management and staff, ensuring that HR plans align with and support the achievement of business objectives. The HR Business Partner will also play a key role in talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and various HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a clear understanding of business needs and objectives, providing HR solutions based on trends and metrics.
Participate in leadership meetings, contributing to business and operational plans.
Handle talent acquisition and talent management for specific roles within the assigned business unit.
Partner with the HR shared services team to ensure full spectrum HR services are delivered in compliance with policies and regulations.
Advise and guide management on performance management, resolve employee relations issues, and address grievances.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
Monitor and report on manpower and succession plans.
Align HR processes such as performance appraisals, salary reviews, and recognition with organizational goals.
Identify process gaps and drive necessary changes to improve HR practices.
Partner with CoE and other teams to develop managerial and leadership capabilities.
Requirements:
Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 3 years of relevant HR Business Partner experience.
In-depth knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Comfortable working with data, preparing proposals, and presenting to stakeholders.
Ability to engage and partner with senior leaders on strategic HR matters.
Maintain high confidentiality and professional integrity.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
Adaptable and reliable, able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Takes initiative and can work independently while being an effective team player.
