As the Head of Procurement, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and achieving cost efficiencies through strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations.

Job Description:
The Head of Procurement will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for leading the Procurement team to achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include developing procurement strategies aligned with company goals, managing supplier relationships, analyzing spending patterns, and ensuring adherence to procurement policies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain management principles, exceptional leadership and team management abilities, and proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 8 years of procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in the food service or hospitality industry
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop procurement strategies that align with company goals while optimizing supplier quality and cost-effectiveness
2. Lead and mentor the procurement team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
3. Analyze spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and manage procurement budgets to achieve financial targets
4. Ensure all procured items meet quality standards and comply with food safety regulations while staying updated on industry requirements
5. Utilize procurement technologies to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency, supporting sustainable practices
6. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure reliability
7. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and potential suppliers, enabling informed decision-making in procurement strategies

Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum
