Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of strategies with business goals.
• Assist in the implementation of new business processes or systems.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of solutions and improvements.
• Support project management activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and providing insights to support business decisions.
• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
