2 Year Contract Ward Service Associate (5 Days/ 2 Shifts/ $2000/ No experience needed/ West) #HCY

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service to the patients.
2. Serve food and drinks to patients and clear them once patients have finished their meals.
3. Check food served against patient meal orders.
4. Assist in inventory management.
5. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around the workstation and strictly abide by health/sanitation regulations.
6. Assist nurses to meet patients' nutritional needs.
7. Maintain levels of confidentiality and discretion of the patients.
8. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager.

Timing:
- Any 5 days in a week (1 weekend inclusive PH)
- 10am – 7.30pm & 7am to 4.30pm (cannot choose)
- Total working hours per week: 42 hours

Requirements:
- Must be able to work 1 weekend.
- Must be able to work on PH.
