What You Will Get To Do:

• Leading a team with around 3-5 staff for providing all the services tasks including investor transaction processing, KYC/AML documents reviews, and other client reporting;
• Control and monitor the processes and delivery to make sure we meet all agreed KPIs;
• Promote and provide demo to clients on the use of SS&C portal and other new systems or applications;
• Attend clients board meetings and answer the queries from clients and fund directors.
• Timely response to inquiries from fund managers, investors and auditors;
• Handle new client onboarding; make sure all internal setup meets the needs of the clients;
• Meet potential clients. Present the investor services model and demonstrate the features and process of investor services in SS&C portal.
• Build up and maintain good relationships with clients.
• Participate in system/process enhancement projects to improve the reporting quality or operational efficiency of the process and/or in compliance with the regulatory requirements.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum 6 years experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services; preferably in hedge funds;
• Experience as a supervisor and ability to multitask;
• Excellent communication and client service skills, ability to work within a team toward timely and accurate production;
• Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin will be a plus.
