Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Oversee payroll processing, resolving any issues related to overtime, allowances, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide HR advice and support to both managers and employees.
  • Manage work pass applications.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee records and HR data.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
  • Possess a positive working attitude.
  • A team player as well as able to work independently.
  • Experience in e-Frontier system will be advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
