Handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and managing employee relations issues such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
Oversee payroll processing, resolving any issues related to overtime, allowances, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Provide HR advice and support to both managers and employees.
Manage work pass applications.
Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of employee records and HR data.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience.
Possess a positive working attitude.
A team player as well as able to work independently.
Experience in e-Frontier system will be advantageous.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
