Sales Executive (B2B)

About the role

As a Sales Executive (Maritime Industry) at Engtek (Pte) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's success in the maritime industry. This full-time position is based in the Pioneer Sector West Region and will involve building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional sales performance.

What you'll be doing :

• Responsible for serving new and existing customers within Singapore and regional territories covered by the company.
• Responsible for preparing project proposals based on customer’s specifications and requirements.
• Collaborate with respective principals, commercial and technical team for efficient project execution and delivery to meet/exceed customer’s requirements and expectations.
• Actively prospect and generate leads to expand the company's client base in the maritime industry
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Understand client needs and requirements, and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges

What we're looking for :

• Singaporean and Permanent Resident may apply due to limited quota.
• Must have work experience in maritime industry.
• Strong understanding of the maritime industry, including its products, services, and key players.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience from maritime or similar B2B industry.
• Diploma in Sales, Business, Marketing or equivalent discipline.
• Preferably staying in West Singapore.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong initiative and ability to analyze problems.
