Job description
Responsibilities:
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Interact with customers and take orders
Assess customers’ needs & preferences and make recommendations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails, etc.
Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Bartending
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
Good knowledge of wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages
Service-oriented and passionate about working in the F&B industry
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
