Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • Interact with customers and take orders
  • Assess customers’ needs & preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails, mocktails, etc.
  • Plan and present bar menu to customers on new beverages and specials
  • Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • Liaise with Manager on wine list and creating new beverages
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of related working experience in Bartending
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Good knowledge of wine, beer, and alcoholic beverages
  • Service-oriented and passionate about working in the F&B industry
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
