Job description

Position:

As a team member of the HR Operations SEAO, you will assist and work closely within the SEAO HR team in Singapore with regards to HR operation responsibilities. To manage all HR systems and reporting, expatriate and foreign workforce management; in an accurate and timely manner.

Job responsibilities:

  • Manage all HR Operations tasks covering assigned fashion group brands (including but not limited to Celine/Loewe/Givenchy/Kenzo) in all Southeast Asia and Oceania markets (including but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Australia).
  • Provide HR operational support to HRBPs.
  • Support staff’s onboarding & offboarding process, including letter generation and staff benefit administration.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission to regional or HQ offices.
  • Manage employment visa applications, insurance renewal and audits.
  • Ensure compliance of ordinance and internal policies, working procedures and processes.
  • Support internal mobility administration including housing arrangement & relocation.
  • Oversee the HRIS system, ensuring continual improvement, accuracy, and compliance with internal HR processes.
  • Identify opportunities for process efficiency and effectiveness, proposing and implementing HR operational improvements.
  • Ad hoc HR projects as assigned.

Ideal Profile:

  • 3-5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role with strong experience in data analytics and HRIS.
  • Knowledge of HR practices in Singapore and/or Southeast Asia, with a solid understanding of employment laws and payroll practices in these regions.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
  • Good time management and organization skills.
  • Adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage changing circumstances.
  • Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills and follow-through.
  • Strong Excel skills with exposure in Power BI is a plus.
