Sales Director, Financial Services (Digital Infrastructure)

As a Sales Director, you will focus on acquiring new financial services clients in Singapore, selling IT Digital Infrastructure solutions. Our client offers a comprehensive suite of digital infrastructure services, including cloud optimization, network reliability enhancement, and security solutions.

Responsibilities

1. This role is focused 100% on new business development to build and convert pipeline across the Banking & Financial Services sector.
2. Identifies sales leads through established networks.
3. Develops strategies and identifies, builds, and converts new areas of opportunities.
4. Develops proposal strategies and win themes.
5. Manages client expectations and balances the needs of the company and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.
6. Influences decisions and engages at the executive level (Relationship Management).

1. At least 10 years of proven experience in infrastructure services sales.
2. Successful track record of selling to local banking clients.
3. Proven ability to engage with large, complex organizations, positioning and securing large-scale deals.
4. Demonstrated experience in consulting and delivering industry-specific projects and business outcomes.
5. Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and articulating business challenges and opportunities, and delivering pragmatic, holistic solutions using consulting-led sales methodologies.
6. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
