Turnaround Planner (Contract / Plant / MNC / Urgent/ up to 7k)

Job Description:

• 1 year contract
• Completion Bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To ensure all Maintenance and shutdown works well planned and well executed in a safe and efficient manner to approved budget, schedule, and scope.
• Coordinate and follow-up with a multidisciplinary team of operation, maintenance, engineering, inspection, shops and support services, etc., to develop the maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Ensure the full Maintenance scope of work is planned and scheduled in appropriate detail.
• Lead field verification of work scope and identifying, together with applicable contractors, the resources required for optimal execution.
• Ensure execution of scope is in accordance with standards and lifesaving rules.
• Ensure resources are ordered in time and in full.
• Support the cost estimation team in the development.
• Track and monitor progress Preventive and Maintenance Scope.
• Provide professional and structured progress updates to management.
• Conduct weekly and monthly progress meetings.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with at least + 5 Years experiences working in project planning, coordination and scheduling and an EPC environment.
• Professional certificate in Primavera or equivalent tool.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Able to use scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera, MS Project, Suretrack).
• Able to create task based WBSs.
• Able to write project status reports covering cost and schedule progress.
• Able to manage multi-project schedules.
• Able to use Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
