Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Order Processing: Receive and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products to customers in the Oil and Gas sector.
  2. Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing questions, providing product information, and handling any issues or concerns.
  3. Documentation: Maintain sales records, customer databases, and relevant documentation to track sales activities and customer interactions.
  4. Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule shipments, track orders, and ensure timely deliveries.
  5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Oil and Gas sector, understanding their needs and anticipating future requirements.
  6. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in a similar industry (Oil and Gas, industrial, manufacturing, etc.).
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  4. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  5. Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  7. A collaborative team player with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  8. Familiarity with the Oil and Gas sector is a plus.
