Minimum Educational Qualifications
Junior Teacher – At least ABRSM/Trinity Grade 8 practical certificate.
Grade 8 Teacher - At least ABRSM/Trinity Grade 8 practical certificate and at least 3 years of experience.
Diploma Teacher – At least DipABRSM/ATCL practical certificate and at least 5 years of experience.
Degree & Higher – At least a LRSM/LTCL/Degree in Music or higher.

Primary Job Functions
Deliver music lessons according to the given curriculum in an engaging manner.
Conduct lessons according to the agreed schedule with the school.
Monitor the attendance of students for each lesson and provide feedback to the school on cases of irregular attendance that require actions to be taken.
Ensure that all make-up lessons with students are carried out as agreed.
Monitor students’ progress and provide half-yearly progress reports on students.
Communicate with students’ parents at least on a monthly basis to provide ongoing feedback regarding students’ progress.
Assist in the organisation of Annual Concert and other school events.
Attend all scheduled school staff meetings (at least half-yearly).
Monitor the signing up of annual music exams and ensure that students sign up accordingly.
Clear up the studio after the conduct of each lesson and reinstate the room.
