Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate e-Commerce platform – Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Tik Tok
- Touch up and loading of new products images
- Conduct regular pricing checks
- Monitor inventory levels and submit orders to the warehouse
- Respond to platform chat to address customers’ queries to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the team to develop and execute promotions on e-commerce platforms
- Monitor and coordinate the production of promotional materials for all sales and marketing purposes
- Maintain & update E-Commerce platform for new product uploads and overall webstore maintenance
- Create artwork for new products, advertisements, product packaging, and logos using graphic software
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented individual with a keen eye for details
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Previous experience working in e-commerce with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketplace Platforms
- Proficient in editing software such as Canva and Photoshop
- Knowledge in Video Creation for Tik Tok is an added advantage
