Responsibilities

  • Oversee product listing on Shopify, ensuring accurate categorization and visuals, to maximize conversions.
  • Oversee partnerships with department stores, luxury spa, clubs, airlines and other strategic partners.
  • Install and manage Shopify apps to support marketing initiatives and enhance website functionality.
  • Collaborate with graphic designer and copywriter to create effective creatives, accurate descriptions, and engaging copy for various marketing channels.
  • Manage and refine performance marketing campaigns, including paid ads, to drive sales and improve ROI.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to boost e-commerce sales.
  • Set up and manage email automation workflows on Shopify to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage affiliate marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, draw actionable insights, and implement data-driven optimizations to meet KPIs.
  • Monitor and improve website performance, user experience, and the checkout process to increase conversions.
  • Coordinate with the operation team to ensure product availability and accurate representation online.
  • Manage customer tickets via emails and live chats.
  • Provide regular performance updates, highlighting challenges and proposing effective solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in luxury marketing to improve performance.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing ad spend budgets.
  • In-depth expertise in Shopify, including product listing, app installations, and setting up email automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with integrating third-party tools with Shopify and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Basic understanding of SEO to collaborate with specialists and ensure product pages are optimized.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or Shopify Analytics to monitor performance and identify opportunities.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing and performance marketing channels, including paid advertising on social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Familiarity with luxury marketing best practices is preferred.
