Overview

As a Manager at Arthur D. Little, you will lead the successful accomplishment of our assignments.

Responsibilities

You will:

1. Structure the overall mission in line with the client’s issues and needs.
2. Provide clear focused support and expertise to your team in structuring and solving problems.
3. Manage the workload while coaching team members to ensure successful delivery.
4. Communicate recommendations and sensitive messages to a senior-level client audience.

In addition, you will build relationships beyond project assignments and help develop opportunities for future business.

As a future Manager at Arthur D. Little, you:

1. Will demonstrate broad industry knowledge combined with sharp business acumen.
2. Are able to quickly develop an understanding of the client’s situation to maximize the impact of Arthur D. Little’s presence.
3. Can utilize appropriate leadership and convincing skills to motivate your team and drive change in your client’s environment.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the office by taking on a role in the internal office organization.

Qualifications

1. Strategy consulting experience, preferably with global firms.
2. Proven record of high performance and substantial achievements in your past positions.
3. Deep industry expertise and demonstrated leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
5. Entrepreneurial spirit to break new ground, and eagerness to take personal risks in the working environment.
6. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in another ASEAN language is an advantage, such as Thai, Vietnamese, Malay, Indonesian (Bahasa), and Filipino (Tagalog).
7. Willingness to travel within Southeast Asia and beyond for team and client meetings.
