Regional Sales Manager ( Premium Spirits/ Liquor )

Location: CBD
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm (Flexible)
Compensation: Basic + Commissions + Allowance
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage agents/distributors and direct customers in the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across local and international markets.
- Achieve strong growth targets in revenue & profit.
- Manage a regional P/L within the organization.
- Develop and implement a regional strategy in line with global expectations.
- Execute sales strategies and plans, set sales targets, and manage the sales budget.
- Lead and coordinate the work of regional sales managers and sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sustainable growth.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to develop actionable sales plans and strategies.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality by providing timely and effective solutions to customers' needs and issues.
- Provide regular sales reports and performance analysis to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma holder in sales or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in the FMCG sector (Spirits).
- At least 5 years of sales experience in Southeast Asia countries, preferably in the liquor or spirits industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales record with client relationship management experience would be advantageous.
