Responsibilities:

• Registration and updating of patient particulars
• Appointment taking
• Assist doctor in procedure room as and when needed
• Obtain latest information of patient from attending doctors and nurse
• Resolve public relation issues for patients

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
