Key Responsibilities
- Facial Treatments:Deliver professional facial treatments tailored to clients' specific skin types and concerns, including specialized TCM-based therapies.
- Customer Consultation:Conduct comprehensive consultations to understand clients’ skincare needs and provide expert recommendations on treatments and products.
- Product Knowledge:Educate clients about the spa’s skincare products and services, promoting appropriate solutions to enhance their results.
- Hygiene Standards:Maintain high standards of hygiene by sanitizing equipment and ensuring treatment areas are clean and organized.
- Team Collaboration:Work closely with other therapists and the Spa Manager to deliver seamless and high-quality customer experiences.
- Client Relationships:Foster strong client relationships to build trust, encourage repeat visits, and support long-term customer loyalty.
- Front Desk Assistance:Assist with front desk operations, including answering phone calls, managing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, updating client records accurately, and following up with clients.
