OUE Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented professional, experienced in Business Development and Operations to oversee the growth and operational efficiency of our subsidiary group of specialist clinics. This role combines strategic planning with day-to-day operational management to drive patient acquisition, enhance clinic performance, and ensure a seamless experience for both patients and doctors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, healthcare operations, and process optimization.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer of the subsidiary group, this role works closely with various stakeholders at all levels to implement the strategic direction of the business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and increase revenue across clinics.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and patient needs.
Build relationships with specialist doctors and healthcare organizations to expand the clinic network.
Project management capability to develop and grow new business initiatives.
Operational Management
Oversee clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with healthcare standards.
Implement best practices to enhance patient care and streamline workflows.
Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth scheduling, billing, and patient management.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor clinic staff, including administrators and support teams.
Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
Ensure proper training and development programs are in place for all team members.
Financial Oversight
Support the development and management of budgets for the clinics, ensuring profitability and cost control.
Analyse financial performance and provide insights to improve revenue streams.
Work with the billing team to optimize reimbursement processes and reduce outstanding payments.
Marketing and Patient Engagement
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns targeting patient acquisition and retention.
Develop patient-centric programs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Leverage digital platforms and analytics to monitor campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in business development or operations management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational improvements.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and clinic management software.
Strong understanding of patient care and healthcare market dynamics.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
