Our HR Manager will be responsible for leading the enhancement, formulation, and execution of key HR policies to maximise job satisfaction and career development for our Group's employees.
You will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle by developing and implementing talent management strategies to attract, develop, retain, and transition employees. This includes:
You will plan and organize employee engagement activities, serve as the culture ambassador to enhance job satisfaction, motivation, and retention, and be involved in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) initiatives to promote a safe and positive work environment.
You will oversee the performance management system, manage employee confirmations and facilitate annual performance appraisals process, in collaboration with respective Head of Departments (HODs).
You will support the compensation and benefits function, including payroll verification, serve as a backup for payroll processing when needed, reviewing and proposing enhancement to compensation structures.
You will also act as the primary communication channel, alongside various HODs, to provide guidance and advice on HR policies, conflict resolution and employee relations.
In addition, you will manage HR-related risks and ensure proper documentation and reporting, ensuring compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
