Job Title: Sales Executive, Hydration

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving sales and helping the company reach revenue targets. Key activities include direct customer engagement, product recommendations, and assistance, along with ensuring event and roadshow logistics are handled smoothly. The Sales Executive will also manage sales reporting and stock control and support the set-up and dismantling of event spaces, contributing to overall brand presence and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Sales Promotion

  • Drive sales of our hydration product at events, roadshows, and other designated channels.
  • Engage in customer outreach through cold calling, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
  • Source potential venues and opportunities for events and roadshows to drive sales opportunities.
  • Document daily sales activities, customer feedback, and other relevant insights to support decision-making and inventory management.
  • Manage promotions by setting up and monitoring displays and removing items after the promotion period.

Customer Engagement

  • Assist customers with product samplings, inquiries, purchases, and any necessary assistance during events or in-store interactions.
  • Provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs, enhancing customer satisfaction and boosting sales potential.

Event & Roadshow Management

  • Manage receipt of products from logistics partners as per delivery schedules.
  • Oversee booth setup for each event, ensuring alignment with company branding and presentation standards, with images sent to the marketing team for quality control.
  • Capture and share photos of booth setups and customer engagement with the marketing team for promotional and reporting purposes.

Operational Support

  • Handle setup and dismantling of event spaces, including safekeeping and operation of the POS system.
  • Conduct regular stock takes to monitor product inventory and prevent shortages.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling of roadshow or event timetables for smooth execution.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • “O” Level qualification or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in Direct Selling.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.
  • Self-motivated and sales-oriented with sharp business acumen.
  • Able to work independently with a positive attitude and work under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic event environment and taking initiative.
  • Able to keep records, manage stock, and ensure that all event requirements are met.
  • Interested in growing sales and customer engagement.
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driving license; owning a vehicle will be a plus.
