Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Call Coverage: Regular Doctor Visits, Pre-call Planning, Call Rate, Call Plan Preparation, Daily Field, Work Preparation, Daily Call Report, Route Plan Updates, Master Customer List.

2. Sales & Promotion: Customer List Review, Medical Call Planning, Product Message Delivery, Account Expansion

3. Stock Check & Follow-ups: Stock Balance Checks, Expiry Monitoring, Returns Management

4. Detailing and Medical Calls: Product Detailing, Feature & Benefit Awareness, Sales Techniques, Product Adoption, Sales Closure

5. Building Partnerships: Service Orientation, Follow-up, Sales Expansion Solutions

6. Market Intelligence: Product Feedback, Competitor Monitoring, Sales Growth Opportunities

7. Sales Process Completion: Order Placement, Order Follow-up, Issue Resolution

8. Sales Target Achievement: Monthly Sales Forecasting, Performance Tracking, Target Achievement

9. Sales Analysis and Forecasting: Sales Data Analysis, Sales Data Tracking

Requirement:

· Candidates must possess at least ‘O’ Level, Diploma and above

· Hardworking, independent and result-oriented

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English

· Relevant experience in healthcare sales will be an added advantage

· Class 3 driving licence with own vehicle
