Take charge in full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisitions, performance management, payroll, compensation and benefits, staff welfare and learning and development.
Responsible for recruitment process, including posting of job advertisement on online job portals.
Work pass management.
Process monthly payroll and timely submission of monthly CPF, IR21 and year end IR8A.
Administration of NS Make-up Pay, government paid maternity/ childcare/ paternity leave claim and training grant.
Maintain accurate HR database and up to date employee’s personal records in P-file.
Update and maintain leave application and record in the leave management system.
Prepare and submit all MOM and other government bodies’ statutory reports and survey.
Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters.
Ensure effective and efficient execution and delivery of HR policies, procedures, and services in accordance with legal compliance and Company policies.
Regularly review HR operations and existing SOP.
Identify and execute an opportunity for improvement to drive HR efficiency and productivity.
Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Assist in both internal and external HR audit.
Any ad-hoc assignment related to HR management from time to time by the Management.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in automotive and marine industry will be advantageous.
Sound knowledge in Employment Act, CPF Act and HR practices.
Familiar with payroll software (Info-Tech HRMS & Payroll) will be advantageous.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines.
A good team player, resourceful and be able to work independently.
