Perform daily and regular inspections to ensure the building is in good condition, follow up on rectifications, and recommend improvements to management.
Oversee key functions such as security, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, car park systems, fire safety, and building repairs.
Coordinate with the M&E team for inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement works.
Act as a CERT member, conduct fire drills, inspect fire protection systems, and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Maintain positive relationships with tenants, address feedback, and liaise with authorities and the public on improvement works and emergencies.
Requirements:
Diploma in Building Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of working experience in handling Commercial Buildings.
Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
Positive, customer-focused mindset with a service-oriented attitude.
Salary: $3,500 to $4,500
