Job Responsibilities:
• Representing Brand Development Dept and work closely with the Group Visual Merchandising team to conceptualize and execute the visual direction for outlet/store launches, ensuring full accountability from initial concept to final execution.
• Proposing creative solutions to marketing and design briefs for product launches, key campaigns, sales & promotional collaterals and day to day operational content in accordance with our in-house brands and our tenant/partner’s brand.
• Present art direction and work with Brand Leads and stakeholders while providing clear rationale and justification behind design decisions that meet marketing objectives and messaging.
• Independently manage projects, coordinating with the respective account holder and suppliers to guarantee that all deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Demonstrate quality control on brand guidelines to ensure brand consistency and compliance throughout all touchpoints.
• Good-to-have: The ability to work with a wide range of media, including digital and minor video editing & animation work.
Job Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma ingraphic, product, interior design, art or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Passionate about great design and styling and crafting a good customer-first brand
• Technically proficient, possessing advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box
• Have good attention to detail and an eye for good composition and layout
• A self-starter, proactive and hands-on approach. Get it done right and fast!
• Dedicated to deadlines and have excellent time-management to always be on schedule
