Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Provide HR support and administration which includes recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation & benefits.
  2. Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information in HRM system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave and claim entries.
  3. Maintain proper worker records and administrate employee benefits programmes including annual leave, medical & insurance.
  4. Responsible for work passes applications, renewals, cancellations, and monitoring of employment quota.
  5. Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably with Bachelor's Degree or Diploma related to Human Resources or any related courses.
  2. Preferably with some knowledge of Singapore Employment Act.
  3. Preferably at least 1 year of HR working experience.
  4. Preferably with Coretrade experience.
  5. Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
