Food Court Manager / Operation Manager (F&B, Near to Loyang Tua Pek Kong)

Our client is one of the food courts in Singapore and they are looking for a Food Court Manager / Operation Manager to join them now!

Job Details:

• Salary: $3500 - $4500 (depends on experiences)
• Working Days: 6 days work week
• Working Location: Loyang (Near to Loyang Tua Pek Kong)

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the operation of the food courts including the drink stores and sublet vendors
• Manage the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing and recording transactions
• Provide supervision and training for the staff in order to maximise the working performance
• Responsible for arranging the roster of the staff
• Monitor and maintain the inventory levels of the drinks stores
• Ensure compliance with food court policies, hygiene regulations, and operational standards
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and so on
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
