As a Lead Product Innovator, you will be leading a team of software developers in designing and developing for robotic platforms and solutions, driving technical solution proposals with cross-functional tech teams, and being involved in the end-to-end system design, implementation, and integration phase on prototype systems and project deliveries.

What you will do:

1. Translate architecture and design concepts into software specifications.
2. Generate system architecture, software system diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides (including SDK/API documentation) with the development team.
3. Define and develop test cases in specific domains based on system performance requirements.
4. Perform code reviews and abide by code quality guidelines with software teams.
5. Involve in client meetings as a technical expert to provide technical insights and points of view as relevant.
6. Translate customer challenges into technical requirements and innovate solution concepts to drive business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should possess:

1. A bachelor’s degree in either Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering and relevant background.
2. Minimally 7-10 years in software product development and/or with full cycle software project development life cycle completion in project deliveries.
3. Strong know-how in software development life cycle (SDLC) management and code organization.
4. Proficiency in programming languages: Java, Golang, C++.
5. Competency in Robotics Systems (ROS) and sensor technologies.
6. Familiar with video protocols: H.264 & H.265 and communication protocols.
7. Familiarity with Drones, Cloud Services (AWS, Azure), and Databases (MySQL, PostGres, SQLite) will be an added advantage.
