Seeking a driven and fit personnel. The candidate will be reporting to the Manager and supervising all functions of pickup and delivery in Tracxlogis. Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the relevant field. All other candidates will also be considered if shown keen interest in logistics work.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and monitor last mile deliveries.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Manage the processing of delivery returns from drivers and customers.
4. Ensure that key performance indicators are achieved set by supervisor or manager.
5. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience in relevant field; candidates who show keen interest in logistics work will also be considered.
2. Must be able to lift heavy objects.
3. Meticulous and detail-oriented.
4. Ability to communicate with all partners via calls and emails.
5. Ability to multitask within given timelines.
6. Class 3 license will be an advantage.
7. Singaporeans Only.

Remuneration:

Basic Salary - $2100 (Probation) to $2300 (Confirmation)

Performance Incentive: $300 monthly for good attendance & performance! (No lateness or absence)

Tenure allowance - after 1st/2nd/3rd year anniversary of employment the employee is eligible for $150-$500/monthly tenure allowances

Meal Allowance for overtime more than 2 hours on top of normal working hours - $10

Other information:

12 days annual leave

14 days sick leave/60 days hospitalization

Working Hours: 5.5 days/week

Monday to Friday : 9am to 6pm

Saturday : 9am to 1pm
