RESPONSIBILITIES
E-COMMERCE
- Manage the E-commerce business in Singapore for both brand.com and marketplace partners.
- Translate the brand business strategy into market-specific strategic plans and ensure proper execution.
- Manage and oversee the operations and sales performance of E-Commerce, working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth logistics to maximize sell-through.
- Work closely with internal parties to achieve optimal recruitment and retention rates and expand potentials for omni-channel opportunities.
- Analyze data traffic, marketing campaigns, and market data to optimize customer experience and propose insightful ideas.
DIGITAL MARKETING
- Determine strategic vision for digital communication in the Singapore market to meet the brand's objectives.
- Drive, develop, and manage execution of content strategy to maximize returns and exposure from various channels (SEM, SEO, display ads).
- Closely collaborate with internal and external parties on planning and implementing campaign plans to ensure excellent execution of brand building initiatives.
- Manage agencies to ensure campaign goals and KPIs are met.
- Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness using analytical tools such as Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
- Monitor activities of competitors and local digital trends.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Up to date with E-commerce and Digital Marketing tactics.
- Strong communicator, keeping other teams updated on the status of cross-functional projects, working well with multiple internal and external stakeholders, and valuing feedback loops.
- Data-oriented, enjoying analyzing data and tracking the efficacy of omni-channel journeys, with a passion for driving results.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with good organization and attention to detail.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing and managing marketplace and brand.com, preferably with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC).
