Job description

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  1. Coordinate with customer on all administrative activities including reports.
  2. Responsible for all administrative functions within the respective account.
  3. Act as key interface to the customer by providing day-to-day logistics support.
  4. Ensure proper administration and documentation pertaining to order creation and shipments arrangement.
  5. Attending to customer’s inquiries and handling of customer’s complaints.
  6. Managing customer orders as well as deliveries in the optimum manner.
  7. Data entry using various IT systems for incoming and/or outgoing shipments.
  8. Strive to achieve all metrics as stipulated by customer.
  9. Handle all customer inquiries.
  10. Any other jobs as assigned by team lead.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES:

  1. No relevant experience required.
  2. 5-day work week.
  3. Diploma in any related fields.
