Job description
Job Responsibilities:
Market and Industry Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on target markets and industries, analyzing market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and other relevant factors to support corporate strategic decision-making.
Track and analyze macroeconomic indicators, policy changes, technological developments, and other external factors impacting the industry.
Prepare market analysis reports and research briefs to provide management with actionable insights.
Develop a deep understanding of the ASEAN market and various industries, with a particular focus on the real estate sector.
Competitor Analysis:
Gather and analyze information on key competitors, including their strategic initiatives, business models, market performance, and more.
Assess competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), and develop corresponding strategic responses.
Maintain and update a competitor intelligence database, ensuring timely and accurate information.
Project Management and Implementation:
Support and drive the execution of strategic research projects, ensuring timely completion and achievement of project objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic plans, ensuring effective translation of strategy into operational activities.
Regularly report on project progress and propose solutions to address any challenges encountered.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Management, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in strategy research, market research, management consulting, or a related field.
Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, SAS, Tableau, or other data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly and concisely.
Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities, capable of developing effective strategies in a complex and dynamic environment.
Keen insight into industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments.
