This position is responsible for planning and managing the design, development, release, and maintenance of business systems to support our organization's business needs.
Responsibilities
Assisting in technical feasibility studies, evaluating and analyzing user requirements, and recommending solutions.
Preparing functional and technical specifications, as well as system user guides.
Performing system development, integration testing, user acceptance testing, and implementation/deployment.
Supporting and maintaining existing systems/business applications, including troubleshooting and bug fixing.
Analyzing user requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
Encoding, testing, debugging, and documenting programs based on technical specifications.
Participating in relevant areas of the Systems Development Life Cycle and project management cycle.
Maintaining and supporting system/business applications.
Maintain and support system/business application.
Performing any additional assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science, Business Computing, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of working experience in software development, programming, system implementation, and application enhancement.
Proficient in SQL databases and programming languages such as Visual Basic, Power Builder, VB.net, Microsoft SQL Server, and Oracle.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong determination, proactive, and able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and stakeholder management.
A good team player.
Knowledge of warehouse management systems. Familiarity with Blue Yonder is a plus.
