Job description

Accepting customer order inquiries and responding with follow-up queries
Handling and resolving customer feedback
Ensuring all customer deliveries are properly communicated with all parties
Coordinating with Logistics / 3rd party to ensure timely delivery
Verifying certificate of analysis / compliance, applying inspection status
Preparing, generating, and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports
Maintaining a good filing and retrieval system of work documents
