Job description

Operation Executive Role and Responsibilities:

  1. Update customers on service call status
  2. Issue and follow up quotation to customers
  3. Check with technicians on repair work status
  4. Monitoring of daily jobsheet/invoices
  5. Prepare service contract for customers
  6. Monitoring of spare parts inventory stock level
  7. Perform other related duties as management requires

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above.
  2. 1-2 years working experience in customer service industry will be an advantage.
  3. Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with a pleasant and positive attitude.
  4. Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
  5. Working location: Gain City Sungei Kadut Dr, Singapore 729577.
  6. Alternate 6 days work week.
