Job description
Operation Executive Role and Responsibilities:
Update customers on service call status
Issue and follow up quotation to customers
Check with technicians on repair work status
Monitoring of daily jobsheet/invoices
Prepare service contract for customers
Monitoring of spare parts inventory stock level
Perform other related duties as management requires
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels and above.
1-2 years working experience in customer service industry will be an advantage.
Good verbal communication, interpersonal, and writing skills, with a pleasant and positive attitude.
Computer literacy including Microsoft Office will be an added advantage.
Working location: Gain City Sungei Kadut Dr, Singapore 729577.
Alternate 6 days work week.
