Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Digital Transformation Business Analyst
Experience as a business analyst for 2-4 years, preferably in digital transformation or e-commerce projects.
Solid understanding of business process modeling, requirements elicitation, and solution design methodologies.
Strong business acumen, coupled with expertise in digital transformation initiatives and process optimization.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing processes and technology landscape and identify the gaps.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, operations, and finance, to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
Develop detailed business requirements, use cases, and process flows to support the implementation of digital transformation on an end-to-end basis.
