What will you do as a HR L&D Executive?

As a HR L&D Executive, you will be responsible for supporting, executing and delivering the learning and development programs and activities for the employees.

What do we expect from you as a HR L&D Executive?

1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Learning and Development role or Project Management role.
2. Diploma in Business, or a related field / Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment / Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance.
3. Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices.
4. Good communication and project management skills.
5. Ability to build rapport with stakeholders, employees and vendors.

Your core responsibilities are:

1. Develop and implement technical skills framework for frontline employees.
2. Work with line managers to identify training and development needs and key skills required for each terminal at each level.
3. Identify and create OJT checklist with skills and competencies identified.
4. Create Mypulse blending learning course to track skills and competencies attainment.
5. Identify and source for courses or external skills framework depending on the terminal needs and challenges.
6. Review and management of Training Matrix in line with skills framework developed.
7. Coordinate the training matrix review with Learning Leads.
8. Develop training matrix for non-technical roles (Function by Function).
9. Develop people manager development program based on learning needs.
10. Support the development of People Manager Elearning course.
11. Liaise with vendor and coordinate the review and creation.
12. Creation of course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.
13. Maintain and update course, program, audience and campaigns to automate training assignment when required.
