Conduct market research and monitor market trends for residential and commercial property segments
Prepare monthly market updates and portfolio reports
Perform evaluation and due diligence of property investment deals
Involve in the leasing operations management
Establish and maintain good network and relationships with brokers, developers, consultants and other partners in the industry
Job Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate from a reputable university with at least 3 years of relevant experience with a property developer, real estate investment house or investment funds
Familiar with the real estate markets in Singapore, Japan, Vietnam and other regional markets
