Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead our financial planning, manage budgets, and ensure the company remains financially sound. This is a key role in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, and invoicing.
2. Develop and monitor budgets to align with company goals.
3. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
4. Conduct cost analyses and identify opportunities to optimise resources.
5. Manage cash flow and oversee financial forecasting.
6. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
7. Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide financial insights.
8. Lead the financial aspects of pricing for cleaning contracts and tenders.
9. Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
10. Consolidate and manage GST submission on a quarterly basis.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in finance management (experience in service-oriented businesses preferred).
4. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
5. Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., A2000).
6. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong leadership and communication abilities.
