Job description
Customer Service Executive (5 months contract)
Basic Salary: Up to $3600
Working Days: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Working Location: Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if possess own transport
Responsibilities:
Receive all inquiries, noting the caller’s particulars such as name, position, company, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other relevant details for subsequent follow-up by sales staff.
Assist in preparing proposals based on verbal or written information provided by the Sales and Marketing staff.
Prepare invoices and monthly reports for consolidated billing.
Maintain and upkeep the filing system and software on all aspects of waste information.
Assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure smooth daily operations in the team.
Assist the Customer Service Manager and Director – Sales in matters relating to customer care (feedback and complaints), collate market intelligence and marketing communications.
Update customer database in respect of customers and potential customers.
Coordinate with various departments, i.e. logistics and operations to ensure customers’ requirements are met.
