OpenText Developer (Lead)

Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to create a comprehensive document management ecosystem.
2. Develop content migration strategies to transfer legacy data into Archive Center and Content Server within the xECM framework.
3. Ensure seamless integration between Archive Center, Content Server, xECM, SAP, and Microsoft 365 for efficient document lifecycle management.
4. Implement and manage Records Management and Physical Records Management processes.
5. Develop custom solutions, workflows, web reports, and live reports within Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM to meet complex business needs.
6. Configure and optimize Smart UI to enhance user experience and functionality.
7. Design scalable integration architectures to facilitate data exchange between OpenText platforms and third-party applications such as SAP and Microsoft 365.
8. Lead the planning and execution of system upgrades, deployments, and enhancements for Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
9. Provide expert guidance on OpenText platform configurations to optimize performance, security, and usability.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and future-proof enterprise content management solutions.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in designing and developing solutions using OpenText Archive Center, Content Server, and xECM.
2. Strong knowledge of Records Management and Physical Records Management.
3. Experience in developing web reports, live reports, and OS scripts.
4. Hands-on experience in Smart UI configuration.
5. Expertise in integrating OpenText solutions with SAP and Microsoft 365.
6. Ability to lead system upgrades, deployments, and migration projects.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
