Job Description:

1. Schedule maintenance activities for chiller systems, keeping track of maintenance works with follow-up actions for chillers.
2. Ensure all maintenance works are carried out according to prescribed checklist and schedule.
3. Responsible for testing & commissioning/fine-tuning of new chiller with minimal guidance, such as coordinating project execution at site, witnessing FAT, and conducting SAT to ensure the chiller operating conditions meet target performance.
4. Ability to interpret as-built documents, schematic drawings, technical documents, and analyze operating data from chillers to identify and repair any issues that arise.
5. Responsible for on-site management of the chiller overhaul/repair works and supervising subcontractor work; effectively control service quality and progress.
6. Preparation of service report for each service assignment.
7. Address dissatisfied customers on service issues by providing prompt and effective resolution to technical problems on chillers and recommending preventive measures.
8. Preparation of risk assessments prior to service and ensuring safety procedures are conducted during service and repairs.
9. Ensure all works are carried out safely and in accordance with safety procedures.
10. Any other tasks as required by the Department Manager.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum ITE Certificate with Merit in Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Graduates with ITE diploma in air-conditioning are welcome to apply.
3. Candidates with no experience but a relevant educational background are encouraged to apply.
4. Ability to troubleshoot and guide in resolving HVAC faults, particularly with modular screw chillers, centrifugal chillers, and absorption chillers.
5. Good communication skills both verbal and written, as well as preparing service reports.
6. Possess a good safety mindset and display good WSH behavior.
7. Short-term working overseas may be required.
