Marketing Assistant

Join our dynamic marketing team and contribute to shaping the brand’s online presence and digital strategy!

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Assist in developing and executing a compelling social media content strategy across the Group’s platforms.
  • Explore new platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor, manage, and actively engage in social media discussions to foster community growth.

Digital Marketing Support

  • Support the creation and execution of targeted email campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales and website traffic.
  • Track, analyse, and report on key digital marketing metrics (e.g., impressions, unique visits, followers, link clicks, weekly sales).
  • Assist in planning and optimising online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads) to maximise reach and conversions.

Market Research & Trend Analysis

  • Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and industry developments to keep the brand competitive.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to enhance marketing strategies.
  • Identify potential media opportunities, partnerships, and campaign initiatives.

eCommerce & Website Management

  • Assist in maintaining and updating marketing and eCommerce platforms (website, Grab, Foodpanda), ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Update website content and copy to ensure consistency across all brand platforms.
  • Support menu changes and updates as needed.

Campaign, Calendar & Collateral Management

  • Assist in developing engaging EDM campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Manage the monthly social media and marketing calendar, including content scheduling, promotional timelines, and event coordination.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, product launches, and brand activations.

Coordination & Collaboration

  • Liaise with media and third-party marketing partners for promotions, event advertisements, and editorial features.
  • Work closely with management to align marketing efforts with business goals and maintain consistent brand messaging.
  • Support brand partnerships and represent the brand in relevant marketing initiatives.

Administrative & General Support

  • Assist in tracking marketing budgets, monitoring expenses, and reporting campaign performance.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as calendar management, meeting coordination, and marketing report preparation.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management is required.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and content management systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and marketing calendars efficiently.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and online advertising platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced environment.
