Job Description: Retail Tradeshow Assistant

The Retail Tradeshow Assistant is responsible for representing the company at various trade shows and performing retail activities. During periods without trade shows, the role will assist with packing and logistical duties at the headquarters. This position requires flexibility, strong communication skills, and a passion for customer interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Attend and represent the company at retail trade shows, ensuring brand visibility and product promotion.
  • Engage with customers, answer product-related questions, and capture leads for future sales.
  • Set up, organize, and maintain booth displays and materials for a professional presentation at trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, ensuring products are restocked at trade shows as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with marketing, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations during both trade show and packing duties.
  • During non-trade show periods, assist with packing, organizing, and preparing products for upcoming trade shows.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required, but retail experience is an added advantage.

Location: Islandwide for Tradeshow / Based in HQ in Serangoon during no Tradeshow season
