Operation Executive

Description of Duties:

Job Description:

1. Manage and rearrange car storage spaces.
2. Swap replacement cars with customers.
3. Inspect and quote bodywork for end of contract.
4. Send, collect, and inspect cars at AutoSpray/washing point.
5. Inspect and send worn out PVC seats for replacement/repairs.
6. Prepare and arrange cars for GetGo use.
7. Inspect tow-in cars and submit request forms to the Service Advisor (SA).
8. Issue replacement cars as approved by the workshop/salesperson.
9. Update the total ready cars from the workshop/ARC to GetGo.
10. Monitor cars sent to the workshop and update reports.
11. Check and approve parts quotations.
12. Prepare next-day delivery cars for salespersons.
13. Monitor and arrange VICOM inspections.
14. Create/update PO/DO/end contract entries in Dewtouch.
15. Check/tally keys and cars daily.
16. Check/tally invoices for windscreen/PVC seat replacement, etc.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license
• Basic computer knowledge
• Candidates with experience in the Automotive industry preferred
• Must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, and any other field
• 5.5 days work week
