Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

1. Assist Contracts Manager to handle cost planning, estimation, and measurement of quantities for different tender assignments.
2. Conduct technical reviews on subcontractor quotations/proposals to ensure compliance with specifications.
3. Collaborate closely with Contracts Manager and QS to develop accurate costings and budgets.
4. Prepare payment certificates for subcontractors/suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2. 5 - 10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects.
3. Willingness to work on-site.
4. Willingness to work in the west or east region of Singapore.
5. Preferred QS with A1 main contractor experience.
