Job Description/Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR related disciplines
• At least 1 year HR experience - Familiar with work pass applications, renewals and cancellations
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, under minimal supervision
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
• Recruitment support in posting job ads, scheduling and coordinating job interviews
• Onboarding by preparing new hire paperwork and logistics
• Perform orientations and update records of new staff
• Record keeping by maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and database
• Manage and support the team in every daily operational task needed
• Assist each employee's monthly OT's and allowances (if any)
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
